Or..
Worried about a loved one’s substance use
Devastated after finding out your partner is having an affair
Or…
An individual struggling with depression, low self worth, anxiety, or relationship problems
I can help.
As a skilled psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience, I provide psychotherapy services for a wide range of issues, including couples in crisis, developmental issues in the life cycle of a family, addiction and the family system, lack of intimacy that come from growing apart, and assistance with individual emotional problems such as depression and anxiety.
I understand the issues that come with growing a family, working through problems, and a desire for change.
My style is warm and interactive. I am typically very direct, and focus on personal and relational problem-solving. I am interested in how individuals, couples and families work as a system in maintaining the “status quo,” and how therapy is the beginning of a process of change.
I provide in-person sessions, as well as online teletherapy sessions. For some couples, I also provide extended sessions of 3-4 hours in length as a way to jumpstart therapy, or for those who need more than the traditional hour. You will be asked to complete an online assessment prior to our meeting so that I can be familiar with the issues you are presenting.
